Significant Financial Ombudsman Changes Come into Force from 1 July 2015
Financial service providers should be aware that significant administrative changes regarding the Financial Ombudsman Service will come into effect from 1 July 2015.
ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES:
- Please note that effective 1 July 2015, the Financial Ombudsman Service has changed its name to Financial Ombudsman Service Australia (FOS).
- In addition, its free call number has changed to 1800 367 287
