• the authorisation of general insurers under the Insurance Act
• the registration of life insurers under the Life Insurance Act
• the set up of both local and international captives
• the authorisation of credit providers under the Credit Legislation
• the operation of relevant exceptions to the above requirements relevant to offshore foreign insurers

We have also advised on:
